Paradise, the 64-year-old legacy brand synonymous with Hyderabadi Biryani, today announced it is hosting the third innings of their Kebab festival ‘Hot n Juicy Kebab Festival’ across all its outlets in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Visakhapatnam.
The festival, which is on from August 15th boasts of a scrumptious 22 varieties of Kebabs from across the length and breadth of the country.
Patrons can relish the fare of Kebabs that range from crunchy, soft, tender and melt in the mouth. The Kebab Festival has on offer 12 new delectable and rare Kebabs such as Barkas Rubina – cashew marinated prawns with an aromatic marinade and Mutton Shooleh – succulent lamb pieces soaked in yoghurt marinade and scented with cloves. Other signature dishes include Murgh Sarfiya Kalimiri – de-boned chicken thighs marinated with cardamom, crushed black pepper and cooked in tandoor; Paneer Lolly – Sesame crusted paneer fingers deep fried; Dhuandaar Pankhudi – Spiced Chicken winglets smoked over a charcoal Sigri.
Paradise is also serving Bharwan Aloo Mattar Ki Tikki, Jalandhari Chicken Kebab, Zaffrani Murgh Seekh, Khada Masala Kukkad, Moti Fish Tikka, Tulsi Machhi, Mutton Shooleh, Tandoori Jhinga, Paneer Tikka Kebab, Mutton Seekh Kebab, Chicken Tikka Kebab, Kalmi Kebab, Reshmi Kebab, Chicken Garlic Kebab, Tandoori Chicken, Mutton Pepper Kebab, Fish Tikka Kebab as part of the festival.
