Ayushmann Khurrana Starrer #InhalersHainSahi Ad Film To Destigmatize Inhaler Use
A new chapter has begun in the mega campaign of the pharma company, CIPLA. #BerokZindagi which seeks to educate people about health issues through digital film.
With respiratory diseases in the spotlight courtesy of the pandemic, it’s the right time to educate people about asthma. So this time, the campaign is back with a new digital film called #InhalersHainSahi which would encourage the use of inhalers showing the health benefits of using it.
The drive home point of this digital film is “Asthma Ke Liye Inhalers Hain Sahi” meaning inhalers are good for asthma care.
This film comes at a time when the world is reeling under a pandemic, one which is caused by a respiratory virus, and India being potential asthma burdened with more than 37 million cases of asthma is particularly vulnerable to the pandemic.
Amidst this, it is critical to normalize the use of inhalers for asthmatic patients.
The film is anchored by youth icon and charismatic actor Ayushmann Khurana hopes to catch the attention of the people. Many stalwarts like comedian Bharti Singh, badminton player Parupalli Kashyap, Chef Vikas Khanna are coming together in this film telling stories of conquering asthma powered by inhalers.

A previous ad recall highlighted how such campaigns increased asthma awareness by 40% and driven the use of inhalers by 10%. Banking on that Cipla’s #BerokZindagi campaign seeks to instill confidence amongst asthma suffering people and inspire them to lead a barrier-free life.
Speaking on the cause actor Ayushmann Khurrana highlighted how we need to rise above the social stigma of using inhalers for asthma. “Together, we all can help remove this stigma, and support asthmatics to live a better life”, he said.
Speaking on the subject Cipla’s Business Head in India, Dr. Vikas Gupta reiterated the company’s commitment to “Caring for Life” emphasizing on patients well being that drives this campaign.
“Our success in the last two campaigns assured and motivated us that we are on the right path. The third chapter of Berok Zindagi continues to convey the core message that ‘Asthma ke liye Inhalers Hain Sahi’ (inhalers are right for asthma) and will continue in building awareness and educating everyone about asthma and its right treatment”, he said.
The Senior Creative Strategist of Schbang, Sahil Shah emphasized how his own battle against asthma shaped up the creative idea of this film. He drew insights from his own life as an asthma patient and how inhalers changed his life.
The film will reach masses through various social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram. It will be aired on Radio also.
