With the arrival of New year, Edelweiss Mutual Fund launches its latest investor education film emphasizing the multiplier effect of good advice. As a part of its #AdviceZarooriHai series, the film showcases a law graduate from Patna University, Sarita Rai, who to fulfil a dream rejected offers from reputed firms. The dream was to make Bihar the state with the highest literacy in India and it was ignited by her 4th-grade teacher’s advice. Udaan was set up in 2009 with the aim of providing unprivileged children, especially girls with basic education. This institute has been set in Hajipur and has impacted the lives of thousands of children.

The film showcases Sarita’s dedication to delivering primary education to such children who couldn’t afford school and the power of her teacher’s advice that education should be used to help others rather than just earn a living. Real-life stories of people who are making a remarkable difference in the lives of others are curated by Edelweiss Mutual Fund, in collaboration with the content platform, Josh Talks. Changemakers like Sarita Rai are affecting change in their own communities, driven by a strong vision and supported by good advice.
