LMC decided to go the extra mile to celebrate the youth who are the future of our nation.
The 360-degree campaign rollout has been planned in three phases. Each phase will capture various activities around the theme. For Phase One, the brand has identified children from different financial backgrounds, to understand their concerns and pain points regarding career choices. No matter what the background, the dilemma of career selection looms large on both children’s and parents’ minds. LaunchMyCareer promises to bridge the gap between societies by igniting the minds of parents and empowering children to make the right career choices. Phase two encompasses facilitating a career-guidance programme to nurture students across the country from different financial demographics. In Phase Three, the campaign is further strengthened on social media.
The #MeraFutureMeraHaq campaign video encapsulates the dreams and dilemmas of students from varying age groups across different backgrounds. Children have dreams but do not know how to pursue them. Parents may want to support those dreams, but they either lack awareness or resources. LaunchMyCareer supports every child’s RIGHT to choose the appropriate career considering their skill set and interest. The campaign’s narrative focuses on igniting the minds of parents to become strong pillars of support for children and empower them to make assured career decisions.
