Percept digitICE bagged the mandate for Hamleys Christmas 2020

Percept digitICE has bagged the mandate for producing and conceptualizing the brand activation of Hamleys Christmas 2020, across India. The 360-degree mega-event took place across 11 cities and 16 Hamleys stores in India from 1st December 2021 to 4th January 2021. The event comprised of On-Ground Activations and a delightful Virtual Engagement Platform.

The Hamleys Christmas 2020 campaign was designed, conceptualized, executed, and planned by Percept digitICE. The 360-degree Virtual and On-ground campaign was executed by maintaining all the safety protocols imposed, due to the COVID-19 spread, by the State Governments all over India.

As part of Virtual engagement, a 360-degree 3D platform was created that offered a festive user experience such as a DIY Zone, School outreach, Christmas Parties, Selfie Booths, Letters to Santa, etc. The 3D site has also offered Virtual Reality integration, Interactive Gaming, Video Streaming that also drove the customers to its e-commerce site. The platform saw more than 5,200 site visits and registrations, over 900 Virtual Christmas party registrations, and an active engagement with over 2000 fans.

This first-ever Hybrid model executed for Hamleys not only saw customers enjoy the traditional Hamleys Christmas magic in a secure environment, but also augmented their reach and impact for the first time ever via an innovative Virtual engagement platform. While Covid-19 rampages the world, our pioneering efforts in the Virtual, Digital, and Hybrid space have enabled our clients to enjoy continual reach, engagement, narrative, and expansion of their brand footprint.
