The leading upskilling platform, Scaler acquires, a matrimonial site for software engineers working with Tech companies. Most of the engineers who are enrolled with Scaler are left with little time to date and while upskilling their tech skills they often complain of lower life satisfaction. The team of verifies and curates profiles by using advanced, AI-powered (hand-tuned, GPT-3, trained on a massive dataset of 10,000 engineers) algorithm to match the alliances. Candidates can also search their matches themselves by sorting hundreds of profiles based on years of experience, verified typing speed, CTC, preference for tab vs spaces for indentation, ranking on popular coding websites, choice of code editors, and so on.
