SKP Business Consulting LLP launches Finance & Accounting Graduate Trainee Program with Edubridge

SKP has joined hands with Edubridge, a India’s premier skill development and vocational training organization, to conduct its Graduate Trainee Program for Finance & Accounting, at its new center at Baner, Pune. The center’s objective is to provide fresh graduates with a strong foundation of the domain, soft skills, and service orientation as they enter the corporate world; making the transition from college to corporate focused and smooth.

Working with entry-level professionals over the years, SKP has identified the gap between what they learn at college and what is required to serve clients in real life business situations. This program is designed to help fresh graduates understand how Finance & Accounting processes work so that they bridge the gap between what they have learned and the practical application of that knowledge. Soft skills and service orientation are an integral part of the program, preparing them to provide a superior client experience.

Speaking of the initiative, Srikant Jilla, Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer, SKP Business Consulting LLP said, “We are glad to partner with EduBridge for this Graduate Trainee Program, we believe that it is our people who are at the center of client service. We have implemented this program to enable graduates to be corporate ready right from day one, thereby ensuring our commitment to service delivery. This program compliments various other development programs at SKP which are conducted at different levels and aims to build leaders within the organization.”

Anand Natarajan, President, EduBridge said, “We are honored to partner with a leading global professional services firm like SKP. With this program being launched, fresh graduates in Pune and nearby towns now have a great opportunity to kick-start their careers in Finance & Accounting. To ensure that our graduates sail through the Campus-to-Corporate transition smoothly, we also have a student welfare team to support these candidates for the first six months, to help them settle down and build a long-term career. We are excited by this partnership that will help solve national priorities like unemployment/underemployment, and build a strong and high potential pipeline of future-ready candidates.”
