Emoha Elder Care launches #Azadpanchi On the eve of Republic Day

Emoha Elder Care, a technology powered community-based comprehensive platform enabling elders to age with grace and relevance, today launched its unique #AzadPanchi campaign on the eve of India’s 72nd Republic Day. The campaign aims to celebrate country’s elders, by sharing their stories, told by them so that their sacrifices and hard work is not forgotten. These short videos reiterate Emoha’s philosophy of #Eldersfirst and to help elders, age with grace.

The first video shows the heart-warming story of Retired Wing Commander, Umesh Rathore from the Indian Air Force reminiscing his ambition to fight a war and the proud moment of participating in 1971 war; the life after retirement and his passion to instil similar vigour in his children and grandchildren to give it back to his country. He goes on to explain how he continues to live a life that is filled with freedom, happiness and contentment.

The overarching theme of the campaign is to celebrate such elders and highlight how elder care needs need to be focused around building a cohesive environment around them so that they live a life on their own terms. It brings forth the commitment to transform the way aging is perceived in the country by offering a world of laughter, camaraderie, joy and specialised healthcare and encouraging elders to live a life like that of free birds (Azad Panchi) without too many cares in the world.

A world where elders laugh more, worry less, do more and live life to the fullest!

The campaign’s core theme is in sync with the platform’s ideology of #EldersFirst. Founded in January 2019, the platform acts as a gateway for elders to stay safe, secure, and engaged while in their homes.
