Barry John, Pawan Malhotra, Palomi Ghosh grace the second day of Jagran Film Festival

The second day of India’s BIG Travelling Film Festival, the Jagran Film Festival, currently in Mumbai on a seven-day schedule, saw the audience enjoying the, Barry John, the famous British Born, India Theater Director whose acting studio boasts of training few Bollywood biggies like Shahrukh Khan and Manoj Bajpai. John was an instant hit with the crowd as he continued to share his treasured trove of knowledge of the Theater World and his outlook towards the Present-Day Bollywood.

People were thrilled to have the Man himself from the ‘Barry John Acting Studio Fame’. Besides this, many new cross-cultural films in English, French, German, Turkey etc., were showcased at the festival. Overall, it was a day full of filmic rounds of discussion with further diversity and inclusion. People were seen celebrating cinema on different grounds with increased enthusiasm and involved interests.

The day also saw veteran actor Pawan Malhotra, Palomi Ghosh, Sanjay Bhutiani, Avinash Das grace the second day of Jagran Film Festival.

The Festival began on 1st July 2017 in Delhi, touring the length and breadth of the country to bond with/of people from all walks of life, in the world of cinema. Currently, in its last leg of cultural amalgamation, the Jagran Film Festival will conclude its magnifying journey in Cinepolis, Andheri. Over 130 screenings will take place showcasing a stellar a line-up of films from across the world. Some of the prominent sections of the Festival are World Panorama, Indian Showcase, Jagran Shorts, Jagran Discovery, Country Focus and the Retrospective of films.

The 2017 edition of Jagran Film Festival has traversed from Delhi to the Indian hinterlands of Kanpur, Lucknow, Allahabad, Varanasi, Patna, Dehradun, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Bhopal, Indore, Hisar, Ludhiana, Meerut, Raipur, and will now culminate in Mumbai.
