After the nationwide lockdown, there has been a Bollywood preview of Khali Peeli held. It was presented at the Supermoon Drive-In, presented by ŠKODA and an initiative by Zee Studios and Zee Live. The drive was first of its own kind and backed by PHD Media.
Proper safety precautions were taken for the event such as a contact-free ticket system, F&B arrangements, etc. The first row of the SUV category and the first two rows of were of the Sedan category were reserved only for ŠKODA cars.
Head of Product and Marketing of ŠKODA AUTO, Tarun Jha, spoke on the campaign saying, “Our whole objective as part of this campaign was to provide a space for people to come out of their homes while maintaining safety norms and social distancing. Being the highest selling car in our portfolio, as well as a family car, there was no better model to showcase than the RAPID for this family-oriented event. It was especially appropriate because we were promoting the automatic version of the RAPID TSI through our campaign. The overall response was absolutely phenomenal.
