Hyundai supports Tauktae Cyclone-hit customers with Relief Task Force

A Relief Task Force has been formed by Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL) to support the Cyclone Tauktae affected customers in Gujarat, Goa, parts of Maharashtra and Rajasthan.

Hyundai is extending Emergency Roadside Assistance Service to ensure uninterrupted mobility to support the customers for hassle-free and peace of mind experience.
Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Tarun Garg, Director (Sales, Marketing & Service) 
said, “Taking inspiration from our global vision – ‘Progress for Humanity’, we are committed towards the betterment of societies and communities. As a responsible and caring brand, Hyundai aims to provide the best of service assistance to customers even during strenuous times. Cyclone Tauktae has once again tested the resiliency of the Indian people. Our relief teams will make efforts to ensure uninterrupted mobility for customers affected by the cyclone in Gujarat, Goa, parts of Maharashtra and Rajasthan thereby offering them ‘Peace of Mind’ in these challenging times.”

Furthermore, for flood-affected vehicles, Hyundai is also offering 50% discount on the depreciation amount of insurance claims.

Furthermore, the recently announced service initiatives, enables Hyundai’s valued customers who are currently unable to avail of services due to lockdown conditions in their respective states or cities, to avail extension of warranty, extended warranty and free service by 2 months.

With a strong network of more than 1300 workshops, Hyundai service facilities can also be experienced via 360 Degree Digital & Contact-less Service. From online service booking, vehicle status update, Pick & Drop from home/office to online payment facility, a touch-free service experience is ensured for the customers, wherever they are and whenever they want to.
