The platform offers personalized learning, AI powered recommendations, and optimized upskilling experiences. Digicademy’s robustness is further amplified by its collaboration with EdCast, ZEE’s technological partner, facilitating the integration of GO1, a substantial content aggregator, and partnerships with renowned content providers like Coursera, Edx, and Forbes. This extensive content repository is enriched by contributions from ZEE’s employees, enhancing the learning experience for all.
Furthermore, the company’s ‘ARISE’ program, has been recognized with the ‘Gold’ award in the ‘Best Skill Development Initiative’ category. It aims to foster agility among employees to adapt to the constantly evolving media landscape. The learning requirements were gathered through a rigorous Training Needs Analysis (TNA) exercise, resulting in 8,900+ requirements. These were then incorporated into 45 experiential sessions covering 17 vital skills, spread across 4 months. The program saw participation from over 3,800 employees, with a cumulative effort of over 12,416 hours, ensuring systematic skill development. Following a phase wise approach, each month focuses on a specific theme, such as championing innovation and self-leadership. The program utilizes immersive workshops along with pre reads and post reads, assessments, certifications, and various support mechanisms to equip ZEE with a versatile and skilled workforce, aligning with the larger business goals of the entity.
Recognized with a ‘Silver’ award in the ‘Best Leadership Development Initiative’ category, ‘ASPIRE’ is a 4-month development journey designed exclusively for the organization’s first-time managers. The holistic program empowers participants in three critical areas: self-awareness, effective team leadership in the post-COVID era, and driving collaborative results. The program amounting to 1826.5-man hours, is backed by psychometric assessments to offer participants deep developmental insights. It encompasses a blend of in person workshops complemented by pre and post reads on Digicademy, engaging Learning Circles, application assignments, and gamification for knowledge reinforcement, along with the ASPIRE Unwind Series—a set of activities dedicated to promoting camaraderie and collaboration between participants, ensuring a comprehensive developmental experience. What truly sets ASPIRE apart is its unique coaching tripartite setup. Participants benefit from individualized, project-based coaching, with two sessions led by external coaches, observed by supervisors, followed by two supervisor led sessions observed by external coaches, ensuring continuous growth and development.
