24X7 Healthline : SBI GI launches its health insurance helpline

India’s leading General Insurance provider, SBI General Insurance has launched its helpline for all health insurance customers. The announcement of ‘24X7 Healthline’. All queries related to health policies will be addressed by the customer service team. The helpline could be reached by dialing a toll-free mobile number by registered SBIG customers.

SBI General Insurance was started as a joint venture between State Bank of India and Insurance Australia Group. SBI General Insurance products span across retail and commercial space which includes Motor, Health, Personal Accident, Travel and Home Insurance, Aviation, Fire, Marine, Package, Construction and Engineering and Liability insurance.

Bancassurance, Agency broking and Retail direct channels are some of the multi-dimensional distribution models, this company is leveraging to reach its prospective customers. With 8000 agents and 21000 IRDAI certified employees, this company is making sure that all the countrymen have easy access to insurance products. This can also be proved by its physical presence. The insurance provider has over 23000 branches and 5500 Regional Rural Bank. It covers 110 cities all across India with 350 locations with satellite resources.
