ALTBalaji Acquired stake In Tring, celebrity engagement platform
ALTBalaji, a wholly owned subsidiary of Balaji Telefilms Limited, has acquired 17.5% stake in Tring at about ₹100 crores. Tring is a celebrity engagement program and was launched on February 2020 by Rahul Saini, Pranav Chabhadia and Akshay Saini and B. D. Inno Ventures Pvt Ltd is its parent company. The company has a wide range of celebrities offering digital services like DMs on Instagram, live video calls, personalized video shoutouts / messages, etc. As per the contract, to represent them on the board of B. D. Inno Ventures Pvt Ltd, the ALT Balaji will be appointing 1 Board Member.
