In line with its vision to transform the way India sells, Amazon.in today announced the launch of Amazon Classroom, an interactive online training programme with courses to impart online selling skills to new sellers on the marketplace. Open to all sellers who are less than a month old on Amazon.in, the programme creates a virtual classroom for sellers and focuses on areas such as order processing, adding products and managing returns that are required to operate a successful online business.
Amazon Classroom will be available for all the new seller across categories where they can register for these online classroom sessions and get the opportunity to understand the nuances of online selling workflows in a guided environment with free practice sessions. With Amazon Classroom, all new sellers can now perform demos of their seller account dashboard through interactive courses at their own pace. They get the flexibility to redo the steps, clear their doubts and get trained by Amazon experts with an end-to-end demo on how to use the seller portal, in real-time while doing the course.
