Blue Dart launches All Women Service Centre in Navi Mumbai
Blue Dart has launched its first All Women Service Centre in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. The 100% women-run service centre consists of a team of sixteen women in the roles of managers, security personnel, customer service representatives, sales, and counter staff.
Apart from this, the company is also planning to launch another All Women Service Centre in Andheri with a 70% women workforce. The organization has always encouraged women to take up leadership roles and make a mark in the industry.
