She also notified that the company will also take care of the medical and hospitalization expenses of any employee’s Corona treatment.
Through the initiative, the businesswoman urged every other CEOs across the nation to help their employees in such difficult times. She has encouraged every business leader to become “leaders in the truest sense”.
Talking about her campaign, Devita said, “As the business leader, we must take care of our employees during these unprecedented times. We can easily derive the medical expense from HR funds or marketing funds. Our small step can reduce the financial burden of an employee and of the government.”
“We as business leaders must take the financial burden that our team members would face, or the government would have to face. So that the government can allocate these funds to poor people who cannot afford to pay for their own medical care,” she further added.
Devita has requested every business leader and company to take the #MyBossCares initiative forward to help the nation win the battle against Corona. She has been earning a lot of appreciation for her step, and people are waiting for other companies to come forward with the same cause.
