Eveready Industries India Limited, (EIIL), the portable energy (batteries and flashlights), presented a new logo today. The refreshed look for GIVE ME RED, symbolizing more power and freedom to the youth, was unveiled by Mr. Akshay Kumar, Actor and Brand Ambassador of EIIL.
Considered a household name, Eveready wowed consumers with its unique campaign ‘GIVE ME RED’ that connected with the youth and became a trend. This campaign took the advertising world by storm and became a youth slogan. Launched in the early nineties, this campaign was ahead of its time and had an appeal that continues to be etched in the minds of people even today.
