GARMIN India ropes in Indian batswoman ‘Vanitha VR’ as its brand influencer
Tech major, Garmin India Pvt. Ltd has roped in India’s women cricket opener, Vanitha VR to promote its smart wearables across leading social media platforms.
The sports and fitness technology firm, Garmin said its association with Vanitha is aimed to curate fitness in every individual lifestyle.
Commenting on its association with Vanitha VR, Mr. Ali Rizvi, National Sales Manager- GARMIN India Pvt Ltd said: “We feel honored to have an association with a national woman cricket player like Vanitha VR. We are really motivated as she has agreed to be a part of our brand, Garmin. As a fitness and sports technology firm, GARMIN always endeavors to support fitness related activities. Mr Rizvi further pointed out that GARMIN India and the national cricketer, Vanitha VR has a sole agenda of being a ‘messenger of fitness and sports.’ “In last few years, the sense of physical fitness has grown in the society. This demonstrates that people from all walks of life are accommodating some physical activity in their daily routine.”
