HDFC Ltd Opens New Office in Mahabubnagar
HDFC Ltd, India’s premier housing finance company, today strengthened its presence in Telangana by inaugurating a new office in Mahabubnagar. This will be HDFC’s 14th office in the state of Telangana.This new office will be housed at HDFC Ltd, Shop No: 1, ERS Complex, H. No: 7-5- 112/1, Venkateswara Colony, Mahabubnagar – 509001.
The new office of HDFC Ltd would be convenient for customers spread across Mahabubnagar, Jadcherla, Shadnagar, Nagarkurnool and adjoining areas in availing home loans for buying their dream home. The new office is centrally located and customer convenience was given utmost importance while finalizing the new premises.
The new office will be open from Monday to Friday between 9:30 am and 5:15 pm; Saturdays – 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and will remain closed on 3rd Saturday of every month.
Mr. Mathew Joseph, Member of the Executive Management, HDFC Ltd inaugurated the new office in Mahabubnagar in the presence of other senior officials of HDFC Ltd.
Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Mathew Joseph said, “Mahabubnagar is the district headquarter and houses few large and medium scale industries. With improved economic growth, better infrastructure facilities and its proximity to Hyderabad it will facilitate robust growth in real estate market in coming years. This new office in Mahabubnagar will help us to deepen our relationship with the customers and in turn will help them to avail a home loan conveniently on a property suiting their needs.”
Emphasizing further he added, “HDFC has always promoted the concept of home ownership and well recognizes the fact that providing personalized counseling is essential to serve home seekers more effectively. Our new office signifies the importance of the region in the HDFC network. We aim to reach the large untapped market of genuine home buyers and assist them in making an informed home buying decision.”
HDFC Ltd under the ‘Pradhan MantriAwasYojana’ (PMAY) is offering the credit linked subsidy for home loans to customers from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Low Income Group (LIG) and Mid Income Group (MIG). As per the scheme, eligible borrowers will get interest rate subsidy of 6.5% pa for loans up to Rs. 6,000,000 for EWS and LIG category(annual household income up to Rs. 6,00,000), interest subsidy of 4% and 3% for loans up to Rs. 9,00,000 and Rs. 12,00,000 respectively for MIG category (annual household income between Rs. 6,00,001 &Rs. 18,00,000) for a maximum tenure of 20 years. The schemes for MIG are valid up to 31st March, 2019.
HDFC in order to promote affordable housing has created dedicated teams across the country. In the last couple of months these teams have conducted extensive workshops to educate developers and their sales staff, corporates for their employees, etc by setting up help desks at their offices. HDFC’s efforts were recently recognized with a special CLSS award by the Government of India.
