Mithali Raj and Jwala Gutta for Chandon’s The Party Starter Stories

In 2016, Chandon introduced India to its Party Starter campaign, with innovative brand campaigns, limited-edition bottles, and even a party anthem in 2017 – featuring Bollywood icon Sonam Kapoor and musician Anushka Manchanda.

This year, the Party gets bigger and better as Chandon takes a digital leap with the launch of the next edition of The Party Starter™ 2.0 with campaign The Party Starter Stories. The year-long campaign will present interesting stories of ten game changers. Starting off with the first “story” with the iconic and legendary actor Irrfan Khan and followed by many others, this series will salute people across various genres who have made a difference and made a difference in their field – just as Chandon India. The series will delve deep into each achiever’s personal and professional journey, and educate the viewer on how Chandon is the perfect partner for every “party” moment.

The second story features two of India’s best sportswomen, Mithali Raj, captain of the women’s cricket team, and badminton player Jwala Gutta.

Speaking about the association, Jwala Gutta says, “I have always been part of serious and opinionated interviews, when Chandon approached me for this fun interview I couldn’t say No!  Being paired with Mithali, got me a lot more excited as I would get to show off my skills over new fun games – with a hint of competitiveness while we chat on various topics from our challenges to moments of triumphs with the ultimate Partystarter.”
