As the pandemic continues to take lives, the need for innovative ideas to tackle health and hygiene issues has gained momentum.Keeping this in mind, many health and hygiene brands have announced initiatives to honour such innovations.
The latest to join the bandwagon is the global brand, Reckitt Benckiser who have announced ‘The RB inGen Challenge’ which seeks to find out the next generation of innovators from the health tech sector.
“Hygiene is the foundation of health! The global pandemic has reinforced the need for improved hygiene products, services, and education. The RB ‘inGen Challenge’ seeks entries from Indian startups that will disrupt the current equilibrium in the areas of disinfection, cleaning and pest control as well as in cleaner air and water”, said Kaushik Roy, Regional Finance Director, RB Hygiene, South Asia.
Developing the Next Gen HealthTech Pioneers
RB (Reckitt Benckiser), a leading global consumer health and hygiene company, today announced the launch of ‘The RB inGen challenge’ in partnership with TiE Delhi-NCR.
- RB with its initiative ‘inGen’ is looking to invite the next generation of Indian innovators to showcase their solutions for targeted hygiene needs.
- The shortlisted startups will get an opportunity for deep domain and business mentorship by experts from both RB & TiE.
- The shortlisted startups will also get an opportunity to win cash rewards of upto INR 5 Lakhs along with complimentary membership of TiE Delhi-NCR.
