Sony TV to cast child artist Shruti Bisht in Mere Sai

A well known face of the TV industry, Shruti Bisht will soon be seen playing an important role in Sony TV’s serial Mere Sai. She is all set to enter the daily soap for a relevant track of bonded labour. The next track in the serial has been taken from the Sai Charitra which will showcase a prominent societal evil bonded labour in the older times.

In the next track of Mere Sai, the child artist will play the role of the daughter of Raghav. They both are under huge debt because of her father’s poor decisions. But, with passing time, she becomes a responsible and strong headed sister who would do anything to get her family of the hook. Also, she fulfils all the wishes of her brother under the guidance of Sai Baba. The track will show how with the right guidance and teachings of Sri Sai Baba lead the poor debt ridden family to the correct path.

Sharing her excitement on being a part of the show ,Shruti Bisht said, “I’ve always been a devotee of Shirdi Sai Baba and it’s nothing short of a blessing to get a chance to be part of such an important track of Mere Sai. Needless to say, I can’t wait to work with Tushar sir. He’s such an effortless actor, I am sure I will get to learn so much from him. Really looking forward to the entire experience.”

Shruti Bisht is a very famous face of the television industry and is known for her roles of Ira in Ek Nayi Chhoi Si Zindagi, Indu in Hitler Didi, Pinky in Chintu Chinki Aur Ek Badi Si Love Story, Sugni in Phir Subah Hogi, Maya in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, Anjali in Arjun and  Saloni in Baal Veer. She has also appeared in various Bollywood movies such as Rajjo and Bangg. Shruti is originally from Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand and is of 17 years old.
