Bhuvan Bam continues to create an impact amidst the COVID-19 pandemic
While many of us are struggling with social isolation or dealing with intense fatigue after combatting Covid, others are dealing with the pressure of being frontline workers, the pandemic has affected everyone. The last few weeks have been tough, to say the least. Though the magnitude of our stress and emotions may vary, we are on the same emotional roller coaster. It’s therefore critical that we stop and address how we can best look after ourselves and encourage others to do so. Amid all the unprecedented hustle-bustle, Bhuvan Bam is one creator whose videos hit the internet on a loop like Latika, Mangloosutra, Kyun Sameer Kyun to name a few. His love for music and constant urge to make people laugh has pushed him to the peak. BB’s videos are the most fun to watch and his easy-going content combined with the use of colloquial language has been instrumental to his grand popularity.
Bhuvan is also known for his charitable work. In the past, BB has donated the revenues generated from his Titu Talks series, Life Lines of Society and is no different this time. The YouTube sensation joined hands with Hemkunt Foundation to aid COVID patients with oxygen cylinders. The crowd-funded amount was donated to Hemkunt Foundation with an aim to support their initiative. Bam along with the foundation has worked around the clock to procure and provide free oxygen cylinders to COVID-19 patients across the country.
Along with this, he has been actively amplifying several requests for medicines, plasma, and oxygen cylinders by going the extra mile. He has also been helping army members and their families who have been affected financially as a result of travel restrictions, closures, and other events associated with coronavirus disease. A true warrior, Bhuvan has shown that celebrities shouldn’t really see themselves as a cut above the rest.
