Watch Indian Food Classics on Zee Zest with Chef Pankaj Bhadouria
Zee Zest will be telecasting a special show named Indian Food Classics on 22nd October, Thursday & Friday at 1:30pm. The show will be helmed by Celebrity Chef Pankaj Bhadouria. The show’s core motive is to discover various classic foods of India from several families and households.
You will get to see Chef Pankaj plucking fresh ingredients from her own backyard. She grows her own organic and fresh vegetables. She will also be highlighting the how the traditional recipes can be prepared easily with ingredients that are mostly available in all households.
The show will also focus on cooking with fewer ingredients without having to compromise on its original taste. In a special segment of the show, Sabki Recipe where the colleagues, friends, well known chefs and home chefs will come together and share their own home cooked classic recipes with the Chef through video calls and would prepare it for the audience.
The show will also take you through the individuals from local and large food businesses, that are facing challenges during these unprecedented current times. Indian Food Classics will engage, interact and support all these individuals. Chef Pankaj will also help the audience to prepare the special dishes like Idrees Biryani, Naushijaan, etc.
