Wow! Momo get its entire staff strength vaccinated on May 1

On the verge of fighting against the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, Wow! Momo is vaccinating its entire staff on May 1. The Indian fast-food chain has announced free vaccination for all its over 2500 employees for their safety and welfare.

May 1, also known as International Labor Day which upholds the rights of labor and their welfare. Therefore, as a token of reward for its staff at the time of crisis, Wow! Momo is prioritizing its pillars of strength

CEO Sagar Daryani added “vaccination begins at home; it’s our attempt to give our Wow! employees a completely safe working condition and a reassurance that we will stick with them come what may! This is also a reward for their resilience and passion; they have been with us through thick and thin last year and this is the least we would want to do”

“For us, our employees are our first consumers – and this initiative is a testimony of our PEOPLE FIRST mentality” further stated Niloy Chakraborty, National Head, Wow! Momo.

The company has yet again proved its employee value proposition, to each and every employee, which says, “serving maximum happiness, the maximum number of times”. Even in recent times, in the middle of the second wave of the COVID-19 crisis, when the entire nation is fighting against the pandemic, employees are consistently standing by the company. Wow! Momo & Wow! China has over 350 outlets Pan-India – the initiative also pledges Brand’s commitment towards the Safety – health & hygiene of its consumers. The fast-food chain brand is ensuring all hygiene and safety standards for all its customers, be it delivery or take away.

“This is an initiative that is close to our heart; it marries our core values of people first and customer-centricity to the need of the hour,” added Mr. Daryani.
