FMCG Personal Care Brand WOW Skin Science appoints Gaurav Jain

Gaurav Jain will be the Vice President, Customer Delight

WOW Skin Science, the leading Personal Care Brand, has appointed Gaurav Jain as their Vice President, Customer Delight. Gaurav will be responsible for designing, executing and monitoring various scalable processes and NPS improvement projects. He will be working with the stakeholders and curate strategic initiatives to build and strengthen Customer Experience across several touchpoints.

Prior to joining WOW Skin Science, Gaurav Jain worked at Coach as the AOL and Senior TL at Accenture. Gaurav’s earlier stints include working with Times Internet Limited as the Deputy general manager and assistant general manager with Videocon. Gaurav has alsoworked as a Member Experience Head at eBay and executed diverse improvement projects across all transaction points with Dominos India. With sheer competence and proficiency, he has worked in Stakeholder Management across various geographies in the European Union and APAC.
