Puja Nathani elevated to Head HR at Team Pumpkin

Team Pumpkin’s AVP, Strategy Puja Nathani has been elevated to become the Head of Human Resources. She will be responsible for human resources strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion across all the offices.

Puja commenced her journey with Team Pumpkin as a graphic designer. She worked on building the digital presence of numerous brands through her creative efforts. This transition gradually led her to help establish Team Pumpkin’s branch in New Delhi. Following this, she spearheaded operations as the Business Head, leading a team of 40 in the location.

Speaking about her new role, Puja said, “Team Pumpkin has always had a great work culture. We have always had a people-first approach to our work. I am hoping to take that forward and add more value to the department and the organization at large. I am truly honored to be chosen for this role. I look forward to working with the team and strengthening our talent acquisition, people growth, and diversity and inclusivity policies further in the coming days.”

CEO, Ranjeet Kumar, shared his thoughts on Puja’s transition to HR. He said, “It was high time we looked at people’s function from a strategic point of view. We needed someone who has been on the receiving side of things to understand the needs of today’s workforce and Puja fit the bill. Puja has always been a people person. From directing creative teams, to leading pitches to win business for the company, she has been a jack of trades in the truest sense. But more than her skills, everyone around her has admired her kindness towards people. It’s this quality that has allowed her to fit into every team she has been a part of so seamlessly.”

Puja’s transition is a part of a major restructure Team Pumpkin has recently undergone. Focusing on more locations and larger workforces in specialized roles, Team Pumpkin’s growth agenda for the current and next fiscal has been laid out meticulously impacting the overall team structures.
