Radio City started its second edition of ‘City Ki Tech Shaala’
Radio City is all set to spread the light of education this Diwali with the second edition of City Ki Tech-Shaala campaign. The first edition got massively applauded and therefore, the radio channel is ready with its second edition where it is gifting laptops to children who find it difficult to afford. The laptops in the first phase were sponsored by the Co-Founder of Directi, Mr. Bhavin Turakhia.
As a part of the campaign, the RJs executed shows all across the city of Mumbai where they urged listeners to share their stories on why they want a laptop. Post this, a thorough analysis of all requests, the channel will shortlist the students who will receive the laptops/ tablets. The entire activity can be seen on Radio City’s social media pages. Along with this campaign, the channel has also urged people to stay home and stay safe through its another campaign, ‘Iss Diwali gale nahi, dil milne do’. Here, the RJs of Radio City can be heard encouraging people to share their stories on how thy are celebrating Diwali.
Commenting on the campaign, Radio City’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ashit Kukian said, “Jawaharlal Nehruji had rightfully said, ‘The children of today will make the India of tomorrow.
