Going with the trend and focusing on delighting customers with its intuitive thoughtfulness, CricketNext has introduced an inventive initiative of Facebook Messenger Chatbot for its cricket loving fans and followers.

We are excited to bring the FB Messenger Chatbot to our viewers, a service that will offer real-time cricket scores and updates,” says Maruti Indoria, Business Head- CricketNext.

With regular update details and latest news on live sores, match schedules etc., the non-stop theatrics and dramatics of the weeks that lie ahead sure makes for one complete package that’s going to keep the CricketNext follower hooked. The ChatBot will help getting LIVE scores, latest off-the-field trivia, videos, photos, match schedules and team rankings.

Maruti explains, “With a view to provide fans with an unmatched and unparallel experience during the World Cup, this Bot has been created to engage with users on a continuous basis. This cutting-edge initiative taken by CricketNext will provide a cricket enthusiast with analytics-driven regular updates and uninterrupted news, ensuring that they don’t miss a single minute of the action during the tournament. We have invested in technology to enhance the experience of the avid CricketNext follower.”

Furthermore, subscription touch points have been created on web and wap pages. Once subscribed to the Bot, it allows users to explore data on their own. Alternatively, it can also trigger a conversation during important cricket events to encourage users to explore various options within the bot. Clicking on each option will provide content links in the chat which will redirect users to the website/wap. Not to forget, the interesting fact of this bot is that it will be acting like an alert to the cricket fan users, who want updates on the go. “With the excitement hovering on all and sundry, the Bot is a must for the upcoming anticipation for the tournament”, adds Maruti.
