Unpromptd Technologies Raises $750k Seed Round to Accelerate Growth in APAC

TLDR: Unpromptd Technologies has successfully raised $750,000 in seed funding to accelerate its growth and market entry services for global technology, adtech, and SaaS companies expanding into the Asia-Pacific region.

Unpromptd Technologies, a market entry and growth partner for global technology companies expanding into the Asia-Pacific region, today announced it has raised $750,000 in seed funding from a group of leading angel investors, friends & family that include entrepreneurs such as Deven Dharamdasani and Ashwani Mehta from Momentus Digital.

Founded in 2025 by Akshay Mathur (ex-Smile Group, Dentsu, Yahoo!), Unpromptd is building a differentiated partner-led model to help technology, adtech, and SaaS companies enter and scale in APAC markets. The company offers end-to-end support, combining strategic consulting, local compliance, billing and legal infrastructure, partner sales networks, and technology-driven operational efficiencies to accelerate go-to-market outcomes.

“We believe APAC will define the next chapter of global tech growth, and Unpromptd is building the infrastructure to enable it,” said Akshay Mathur, Founder & CEO of Unpromptd. “This investment gives us the fuel to scale faster, build a world-class team, and bring our hybrid model of human and AI-driven services to more global companies eyeing this region. Our goal is to become the first call for any technology company looking to expand across Asia – not just as an entry partner, but as a long-term growth enabler that understands the nuances of local markets, partners, and performance. The opportunity in front of us is massive, and we’re just getting started.”

According to McKinsey’s global research on operational transformation, companies that integrate structural efficiency with growth-focused strategies outperform their peers significantly, achieving up to 35% higher revenue growth and improved long-term margins. Bain’s 2023 study on automation and productivity similarly reports that forward-looking firms have already reduced manual workloads by 22%, with gains projected to rise to 36%, all while maintaining service quality and scale.

These findings signal a clear shift: restructuring for efficiency does not mean halting expansion. In fact, companies that invest in strategic partnerships and localized, tech-enabled execution models are best positioned to scale sustainably in dynamic regions like APAC.

Unpromptd will use the funds to expand its team, accelerate enterprise sales, and develop proprietary tools that support monetization and localization at scale for global platforms entering Asia.
