Cathay Pacific joins #10yearchallenge on Facebook
Cathay Pacific Group has joined in the global social trend – The 10 Year Challenge by running a six-day contest on its Facebook page. With this campaign, Cathay Pacific has become the only airline in India to adopt a unique approach to tap and expand its customer reach by leveraging such global trends. So far, the challenge has gained popularity on social media platforms especially amongst the influencers and individuals.
In order to participate in the contest, the participants need to share their photograph using the hashtag #CX10in any Cathay Pacific or Cathay Dragon destinations visited in 2009, and subsequently post another picture of themselves in the same spot revisited 10 years later.The best image submitted by any participants will be eligible to win a free Economy Class return ticket to Hong Kong on either Cathay Pacific or Cathay Dragon. The winners will be announced on the company’s Facebook page on 10th February 2019. The 10 Year Challenge by Cathay Pacific that started from 18th January will get over on 23rd January.
This contest is open exclusively for participants residing in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Middle East, South Africa, Sri Lanka and Maldives. The winning ticket will have a validity of six months from the date of issue.
