Malaysia Airlines is pleased to announce the new appointment of its General Sales Agent (GSA) for India.
STIC Travel will be providing call centre services for travel related queries of Malaysia Airlines’ customers in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Mumbai beginning 1 April 2016. The appointment will enable the airline to faciliate to the market demands in India, as well as to ensure a more efficient and standardized customer service.
The centralized call centre services between 08:30 – 17:00, 6 days a week (closed on Sunday) and will be handling customer’s travel bookings, reservations ticketing and other travel related services.
