CONFLUENCE launches a new jewelry collection with couturier Tarun Tahiliani – ‘Tarakini’. Inspired from the clear night sky full of stars winking with their muted but unmissable sparkle and the shimmery haze of stardust, ‘Tarakini’ adds another milestone to Tarun’s journey with Swarovski.

Daintily accented with Crystals from Swarovski, the collection exuberates a minimalistic sobriety; a fusion of unique crafting and a classic color palette of golds, ruby red, emerald green and ivory. The eclectic collection exudes a strong modern aesthetic, paired with pearls and vintage Patina Crystals from Swarovski providing an assured diversity to the pieces.

On the debut of Tarun Tahiliani’s collection with CONFLUENCE, Vivek Ramabhadran, Vice-President, Asia South, Swarovski Professional India said, “CONFLUENCE is an attempt to bring some of the best creative minds of India together and deliver an offering with “beauty that sparkles” to people who have a discerning taste and eye for design. Swarovski has enjoyed a close association with Tarun Tahiliani for nearly two decades now and bringing him into the fold of the creative minds under CONFLUENCE is a natural next step to grow our relationship with him.”

Ideal for a destination wedding, this lightweight collection offers a range of elegant and dazzling hoop, dangler and stud earrings with maangtikkas, retailing from INR 5,000 to INR 15,000. The collection has a western aesthetic with an Indian twist, therefore the pieces can be styled with heritage jewelry and also be worn with office ensemble.

The collection is available online on Myntra.com and Jabong.com, and at Tarun Tahiliani, Ogaan and Azotiique stores across India from March 29, 2018.

Speaking about his collection especially curated for CONFLUENCE, Tarun Tahiliani said, “I have always loved Swarovski and have used it since the beginning of time. The current need is for women of all ages to have fun. Destination wedding is the big thing and people do not want to feel uncomfortable carrying real jewellery.

I think this is a lovely answer to that- Indian jewelry made with Crystals from Swarovski. All the principles that we use in design, have found their way into this whimsical collection of beautiful baalis, hoops and maangtikkas. It is a beautiful blend of East and West, done with the finest crystals in the world”.
