KOOVS.COM collaborates with Manish Arora

KOOVS.COM announces its upcoming collaboration with celebrated designer – Manish Arora, known for his unconventional play with colours focusing on his trademark palette of pink and gold, to launch a capsule collection based on the theme Love is Love. The collaboration comprises elevated women’s wear pieces and introduces for the first time a Unisex category.

The UNISEX range includes key pieces inspired by Tuzki a special rabbit emoji from WarnerMedia Entertainment Networks. Enjoying global popularity for his quirky and humorous personality, Tuzki features in the collection in the form of Manish’s inimitable craftsmanship. The styles narrate the story of Tuzki’s day in Paris: flying on an airplane (Manish’s personal belongings such as rings, watch, suitcase can be seen), starting the day with meditation below the Eiffel tower, the joyous expression on his face when presenting a collection at Fashion Week and at the end of the day chilling in the streets of Paris with a glass of wine; thus highlighting the fascinating character that he is.

“We have not done a capsule collection for any Indian e-tailer, except KOOVS. This is our second collaboration with them which is one of a kind, since it is the first time the brand and we at Manish Arora Paris have created a unisex collection. The collection has been made keeping in mind the Indian customer along with the KOOVS customer which is what makes it very different from the rest of my collections. The Manish Arora Paris aesthetic represented by colour, embroidery, whimsicalness, love and the iconic brand from china, Tuzki, has been incorporated into this collection. With this collaboration with KOOVS we aim to reach a wider audience across India” says Manish Arora.

The women’s wear collection in the Manish Arora Paris X KOOVS collaboration; incorporates the signature Manish Arora Native American Print. Inspired by the Native American culture and their interpretation of the nature and animalia that surrounds their existence, the range can be seen depicting indigenous symbolism with an accompaniment of the house’s signature codes.

The Unisex collection is a mix of eclectic gender fluid pieces that consist of denims, t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, active wear and accessories such as footwear, passport holders, bum bags etc. The elevated women’s wear, is a glamourous mix of dresses, skirts, denims, t-shirts, jackets and accessories such as bags, shoes etc.

Subtly embedded within the entire collection are elements of the rainbow signifying a celebration of the idea of ‘Life is Beautiful’ and ‘Love is love’. Through the collaboration, KOOVS and Manish Arora Paris aim to spread messages of love, happiness and hope for a brighter future!

Priced between 999/- INR to 4999/- INR the collection will retail exclusively at from October 14, 2019.
