Every household has its own way of preparing masala chai, but attaining consistent, perfect taste in every cup can be complicated with varying preparation styles, ingredient usage, boiling time, etc. To help consumers achieve the ideal blend of masalas in every cup, Jivraj9 recently unveiled a new TVC showcasing how their Masala Tea brings the perfect balance of flavours.
The TVC opens on a morning scene wherein a young woman is struggling to pound whole masalas for her tea. A common ritual for decades, however, the discontent is evident on the young woman’s face for not achieving the right balance of the ingredients. Just then, veteran actor and Jivraj9’s brand ambassador Neena Gupta walks out of her room, still half asleep, gently complaining to the young woman, “Why are you disrupting the balance of my sleep early in the morning?” The granddaughter responds instantly, “Daadi, you’re worried about your sleep’s balance — here I can’t seem to get the balance of masalas right in my chai.”
Neena Gupta smiles and introduces Jivraj9 Masala Tea. The granddaughter takes the packet and prepares a fresh cup using Jivraj9 Masala Tea. With the first sip, her expressions are self-explanatory. She voices, “Now the masala’s balance is perfect.”
The film closes with Neena Gupta’s warm sign-off, “Jivraj9 Masala Chai, Masale ka perfect balance.”
