OPPO India introduced three digital films capturing the chronicles of ‘Sharma-Verma’ in its digital campaign named – The Chronicles of Sharma-Verma. The campaign is aimed at highlighting its best after-sales services for customers.
The Chronicles of Sharma-Verma has been conceptualized by Havas Creative.
The three digital films of the campaign connect various aspects of everyday situations while showing the importance of convenience and ease in a customer’s life. It also takes its viewers on a journey with the Sharma-Verma to the store to let them experience OPPO’s after-sale services, highlighting how easy and reliable the whole repair/inspection process of the brand is. The films capture small elements of quirkiness while highlighting the exceptional and fast after-sale service offered by OPPO. Each video showcases the functional benefits of each of these services, highlighting features such as Free Inspection, Quick Service and Repair, and 30 Days Replacement.
