PageGroup has introduced a new brand structure that brings all its recruitment and outsourcing services together under the Michael Page name, creating a simpler, more connected experience for clients and candidates worldwide.

The change reflects how clients already work with the business: as a single, trusted partner with deep expertise across markets, functions, and industries. Specialist recruitment services – spanning professional, management and specialist roles across permanent, interim, and project-based hiring – now sit alongside the enterprise solutions offering, which delivers scaled recruitment and outsourcing for larger and global organisations. Page Executive will continue as the executive search and leadership advisory offering within Michael Page, while becoming closely connected to the wider business.

The result is easier access to the full breadth of services and specialisms available, supported by closer collaboration across teams and regions.

Alongside the new brand structure, Michael Page has unveiled a refreshed visual identity — a sharper wordmark and logo, a more confident colour palette, and simplified typography — designed to work seamlessly across digital platforms, communications, and content. Around this, the business has developed a flexible set of design components covering imagery, layouts, and graphic elements that work consistently across different markets and channels without losing the brand’s identity. The aim is a clearer, more modern brand that reflects how the business operates today and is easy for people to recognise and understand.

The refreshed identity was developed in partnership with global brand consultancy Dragon Rouge, alongside Michael Page’s global marketing and leadership teams, with the focus on clarity rather than flourish.

“Michael Page is already one of the most recognised and trusted names in professional recruitment,” said Nicholas Kirk, Chief Executive Officer. “Bringing our services together under one brand reflects how we work in practice today – as one business, connected by shared expertise, insight, and relationships. It allows us to support clients and candidates in a simpler, smarter, and more joined up way.”

“This update isn’t about chasing novelty,” said Eamon Collins, Chief Marketing and Data Officer at Michael Page. “it’s about being honest about who we are and making sure that comes through consistently. Fitting for our 50th year, this refresh builds on our well‑established identity and reputation, giving us a sharper, more confident way to show up, while staying true to how our clients and candidates experience us every day.”

“India continues to be one of the most dynamic talent markets globally, with organisations looking for recruitment partners who can bring specialist expertise, market insight and scalable solutions together seamlessly,” said Nilay Khandelwal, Senior Managing Director, Michael Page India.

Coinciding anniversary with Michael Page’s 50th and 15 years in India, the new brand structure supported by a refreshed look and feel that reflects the business as it operates today. Clients will begin to see updated branding and communications roll out over the coming months, alongside simpler and more intuitive access to the broader expertise available across the Michael Page network.
