Furthermore, Zee Cinemalu, has also announced its new brand image. The new brand identities were unveiled by Padmabhushan Megastar Dr.Chiranjeevi at the Zee Telugu Golden Awards ceremony telecasted on 31st December 2017 on Zee Telugu.
Zee Telugu, after extensive exploration and analysis, has determined one frequent characteristic of most women in Andhra and Telangana today, it is the absolute growing need to encourage women to stand up for themselves and take a small step outside their comfort zones that can in turn be a giant leap in their lives.
Resonating strongly with this belief, Zee Telugu has revealed its new brand proposition, “AarambhamOkkaAduguthone”, which translates “The beginning is with one step”, to inspire and impact viewersto take a small step that could make a big difference in their lives.
Embodying the new brand proposition, Samantha Akkineni, has been announced as Zee Telugu’s Brand Ambassador, who features in the channel’s extensive multi-media campaign as its voice.

Echoing the new brand positioning of Zee Telugu, the channel will undergo a transformation with an attractive range of new offerings in its fiction and non-fiction content. Three star-studded reality shows are scheduled to be launched in the new year – ‘Maharani’, a first-of-its-kind reality show hosted by the vivacious Laxmi Manchu where ordinary women get paired up Zee Telugu female fiction actors to embark on an extra ordinary journey, the second season ‘Super Serial Championship’ that will see the serial teams from Zee Telugu Kutumbam fight for the ultimate title and then there is ‘Comedy Nights’ hosted by anchors Ravi and Srimukhi that is bound to tickle one’s funny bone . Moreover, the channel is going to feature some of the biggest blockbusters of 2017 like SPYDER & Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi. The famous Tenali Rama character is all set to come back to the small screen with the new show, Tenali Ramanna.
