As the Managing Director & CEO of Edelweiss Mutual Fund, she has redefined leadership in asset management with a vision rooted in innovation, inclusivity and impact. A global citizen with deep Indian roots, Radhika worked in a wide range of organizations such as Microsoft, McKinsey & Company and AQR Capital, before co-founding Forefront Capital Management, later acquired by Edelweiss Financial Services in 2014. At just thirty-four, she took charge as CEO of Edelweiss Mutual Fund, becoming one of the youngest leaders in the industry.
