Godrej Properties has recently launched an initiative called “Easy Beginnings” wherein a customer pays an easy sum of up to Rs 5 lakhs as the initial booking amount and pays the rest on possession. The campaign will run across 30+ projects across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Pune.
Godrej Properties will help the customer through financing partners, Axis Bank and Home Capital to achieve their dream of owning a house. This initiative has been launched keeping in mind the entry barrier faced by customers because of high booking amount, not only that in an under-construction property, it is difficult to manage both the Pre EMI and the rent that one would be paying on their existing residence. Hence, Easy Beginnings comes to the aid of customers looking to own a home with deferred investments.
