Pidilite Industries, through its leading adhesive brand ‘Fevicol’, partnered with India’s premier couturiers Abu and Sandeep to host the star-studded 16th edition of ‘Fevicol Caring with Style’ at the magnificent Jio World Garden. This noble charity fashion show, now in its 16th year, continued its longstanding partnership with the Cancer Patients Aid Association (CPAA), to raise funds and awareness for underprivileged cancer patients.

In 2012, CPAA played a pivotal role in raising funds through the 4th ‘Caring with Style’ show to support the treatment of Mohit Gupta, who bravely battled cancer at the age of 5. Now 18 years old, Mohit is a living testament to the powerful impact of CPAA, showing how the funds raised from this fashion show have made a real difference.

Saudamini Mattu CEO, Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla  “We believe in contributing as much as we believe in creating. Cancer is a cause that remains relevant and we are grateful that with each passing year, our capacity to raise awareness has magnified. Nothing makes us happier than creating what we love and doing it with absolute heart!”

The event showcased collections from Abu and Sandeep’s presenting a stunning fusion of heritage and contemporary design. For women, Bakhiya and Aabeer showcased intricate Chikankari and Mughal-inspired embroidery. Dahlia, Blooming Garden, and Pushp highlighted floral motifs in pastels and vibrant hues. Parrot Mirror, Azal, Pleated Gota, and Tukdi featured bold colors, mirror work, and precision stitching.

For men, the Mirror and Bakhiya collections offered classic mirror and Resham embroidery. Ritz, Kalamkari, and Flower Power blended traditional textures with modern silhouettes. Floral Resham and Appliqué Gold brought rich detailing to deep and pastel tones. These collections redefined the festive and wedding couture with timeless craftsmanship.

The runway was graced by iconic celebrities while Bhumi Pednekar served as the showstopper for Abu and Sandeep, all lending their support to this worthy cause.

Bhumi Pednekar said, “I made my ramp walk debut with Abu Sandeep, and as I celebrate 10 years in cinema, it feels special to return to their runway. It’s been an incredible journey, and walking for them again—this time for such a meaningful cause—is truly an honour. They are masters of their craft and even more incredible as human beings.”

Babil Khan opened the menswear show in a red silk Angarkha with an Angvastra in Bahiya embroidery.

Mini Mathur hosted the evening, which also featured powerful performances by the incredibly talented Hargun Kaur and Ila Arun. The event was attended by several industry stalwarts and business leaders, all of whom came together to support this noble cause.

The night concluded with the felicitation of the architects in association with Ikea. All proceeds from the architecture sales were donated to CPAA. Leading architect Sanjay Puri, took the stage to present a cheque for the proceeds to CPAA. This ‘Glamour with a Purpose’ initiative raised funds for the treatment of children battling leukemia. With the help of these funds, CPAA has already supported over 300 children, 80% of whom are nearing full recovery and are now on maintenance treatment.

Mr Y K Sapru, Founder Chairman, CPAA, said, “Since 1969, CPAA has touched the lives of over 1 million cancer patients.  Our organization goes beyond medical treatment, addressing the economic, social, and psychological burdens of the disease through our ‘Total Management of Cancer’ approach.  With five decades of experience, CPAA now mentors other healthcare organizations across India.”
