Wockhardt Hospitals, Mumbai Central today organized a Meet & Greet the author’s session for the book “Finding Your Balance”, Your 360 Degree Guide to Perimenopause and Beyond written by Dr. Nozer Sheriar, one of Mumbai’s well-known gynecologists and Shonali Sabherwal, a macrobiotic nutritionist and gut expert.

As women march toward their 50s, they experience changes in their menstrual cycles which leads to a lot of confusion in their minds.  Women are very reluctant to discuss this openly. This could be a sign of Perimenopause, a natural stage in every woman’s life.
