Strategy 2022:

2021 has been a dynamic year for us certainly, as our brand has witnessed 250% YoY growth. Our future plans for this year include expanding to Tier-I and Tier-II cities in India and to enter the Middle East market by starting with Dubai. We are also aiming to make
The Baker’s Dozen India’s largest D2C bakery brand with 100 brand stores and 1000 retail touchpoints across 25 cities in our country in the next 8-9 months. We are developing an export-specific product portfolio in addition to working on pack size options for our current 50+ SKUs. Our team has grown 3x times and now we are a family of 350 members, we aim to boost this up to 500 by the end of 2022. We are also planning to enhance our marketing strategies at a Pan India scale by spending more on ATL avenues and by accelerating digital spending. Moreover, as a part of the growth strategy, we are looking at building brand advocacy through influencer marketing and a strong community approach.
