Nikita Aneja joins Netflix’s Talent team, following her impactful stints as Lead- HR for the Ads business at JioHotstar and as Head – HR, Sports at Viacom18 (pre-merger). Nikita Aneja has moved to Netflix as part of its Talent function, where she will help drive Netflix’s dynamic talent agenda, focusing on building high-performing teams and nurturing a culture that supports bold storytelling across the global content powerhouse.
Prior to this, Nikita was the HR lead for the Ads business at JioHotstar, where she played a pivotal role in bringing together the Revenue function of the merged organisation. Preceding that she was Head – HR, Sports at Viacom18, where she was instrumental in setting up and scaling the HR charter for the Sports business. From the ground-up build of JioCinema’s sports vertical to the post-merger integration with Disney Star, she helped lead the transformation of Viacom18 Sports into a formidable player in the live sports and digital content space. She led the charge on talent strategy, organization design, and people experience amid a time of intense change and scaling.
Nikita brings over a decade of experience in HR leadership across media, entertainment, financial services, and automotive sectors. She has previously held senior roles at Disney Star, Edelweiss, Tata Motors, and Godrej, where she led people strategy, business partnering, and leadership development. Nikita holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Goa Institute of Management and a BBA from Jai Hind College, Mumbai.
