The Ultimate Mood Booster Playlist to beat Lockdown blues: Sukoon-E-Sanam

Sanam has together curated a playlist Sukoon-E-Sanam consists of the best-recreated versions of some of the best classic retro songs like Lag Ja Gale, Pehla Nasha, Kora Kaagaz, Yeh Raatein Yeh Mausam, etc. Get ready to sit back, rewind and enter the happy state of nostalgia.

The playlist has been created with an objective to lift our spirits up with music as it has always been that one thing that has helped us get past our thought times. Considering the current situation and with the hope of uplifting people’s moods, Saregama has partnered with the hugely popular music band SANAM.

The band members of SANAM said “In the middle of all the negativity, chaos, pain and suffering, it is important to shine some light on love, happiness, power, hope and strength! Music has the power to reach the deepest hearts and find us strength where we never knew it existed. After receiving a number of messages from fans saying that, listening to our music has been their source of strength in the darkest days of isolation and through the scariest days of recovery. We were touched deeply. In collaboration with our friends at Saregama, we would like to share a playlist of our renditions that are close to our hearts. May these help you get through the difficult times and come out stronger! Through music (the only way we know how), we hope to bring some sort of relief and hope for better days to come.”

Sukoon-E-Sanam Playlist is available on Saregama Music YouTube Channel and all the leading OTT streaming platforms.

Sanam is a Mumbai-based Indian pop-rock band formed in the year 2010. The band consists of Sanam Puri (lead vocalist/composer), Venkat Subramaniyam (bass guitar), Keshav Dhanraj (Drums) and Samar Puri (lyricist/lead guitar/composer).
